If you have a clean, level floor, with no cracks or even the smallest obstacle. No rug, forget carpet and don't mind lots of noise I still wouldn't recommend buying this product. It will likely become a toy for my imaginative daughter to play with.

SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Does not work on carpet at all and while it does actually move on the hard floors, it does not actually suck anything up. When I asked for refund, the company stated that no robot vacuums work on carpeted floors so why would I assume this one did! Seriously? Refund was denied.

It is very loud, cheaply made plastic with doesn’t suck at all. I expected it to be less quality for the price and took a gamble. Waste of money IMO

For the price I wasn't expecting much, but even with very my low expectations this product failed it with flying colors. The power button sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. When used on the carpet it only rotated in place. Like a dog chasing its tail. When used on other surfaces it moved around but with no sense of direction and it suctioned NOTHING!! I tried several times to have the vacuum suction over pieces or paper then rice, then dirt and all were left behind. WORST product I've ever come across. When trying to make a return customer service took over a week to reply and they only replied because I reached out to them again. Their response to my refund request is that my shipping costs to them would cost more than what I paid for the product so they would offer may a $1 refund instead. . . a ONE DOLLAR REFUND!! Buyer beware!! Product DOES NOT WORK and you will NOT get a refund!

Do not waste your time or money on this piece of garbage! I ran it for about 20 minutes and it literally picked up two pieces of dog hair on hardwood. "Vacuum" would aim for the corner and stay there until manually moved. I requested a refund and was offered 10% back to keep it. I said no, and was then told I would have to pay shipping, which would probably be more than the product is worth. The seller even knows the product is trash! Will be contacting Amazon directly.

NO STARS!!! Scam!!! It’s a lot smaller. Ridiculously loud and doesn’t pick up anything! Should have known it was too good to be true! This product should be taken off AMAZON!!!!
