water based very weak ultrasonic cleaning solution
I was trying to save money on ultrasonic solutions, so I tried this. It was $20 cheaper than my normal solution, which works great for my purpose. Bottom line is . . you get what you pay for (in most cases). I am cleaning vintage model airplane engines. This solution was like soaking them in dishwashing liquid in a bowl. After 2-3 hours in the heated ultrasonic cleaner, no deposits were removed, metal parts were still dingy. Rinse with water which is convenient, but I want effectiveness over convenience. I had a hard time giving this 2 stars. Should have been one star. Back to my McMaster-Carr solution @ $45 a gal.Glenn - in Louisiana

Works great
I use this to help clean my bicycle gears & chain. I use just a little bit, enough for me to cover a tray in my ultra sonic cleaner. Then I use hot water, the 2 parts clean my metal parts to a like new appearance.
