First off, quality. Personally, I find the bracelet to be an outstanding accessory but the “I love you to the moon and back” charm fell off both mine and my girlfriend’s bracelet within the first few weeks of buying them. The heart is the only thing that is left (the pearl was snatched by a friend) and remains as the last reminder I have of connection with an accessory via thoughts of love. Please make the metal for the rings that connect the pearl, heart, and charm stronger so that this isn’t a worry for future buyers. Secondly, availability. I found this a bit hard to find and would like you to change the name of the product and search tags that are used to find that if it is possible. People would love to get something like this but being in a position with I’m guessing not much notoriety, can make it hard, which is why I encourage a change as such. Besides that, I enjoy this product very much and wish you well for the future to come.

The little ring that holds the charm on the bracelet is never closed properly when manufactured. I ordered one, the charm fell off. I then had to order a second bracelet and the same thing happened. Now I have to take time to ship it out and I’m out a bracelet.. too much of a headache, no refund.

I was really excited to get this bracelet. I had reached a HUGE goal I had set for myself; wearing the bracelet was going to be a way for me to remind myself of that accomplishment and to keep moving forward.I wore it only ONCE... When I got home I noticed the charm that had the saying on it was gone... I am very disappointed.

My daughter gave this to a good friend who is moving away. The gift was wonderful and she has not taken it off. It was so beautiful and meaningful and both of them will cherish it forever.

I absolutely loved this bracelet when I saw it on line. I actually bought 7 of them, mainly to give us thank you gifts to some friends. Of the 7, the main charm fell off of 5 of them. Would it be so hard to properly close/solder the clasp?

The charms are beautiful, however the bracelet is kind of hard pull apart to fit over your hand and once on your wrist it does not go back to original size. Fast shipping.

The price reflects the bracelet. A little on puny side. You get what you pay for.
