Easy to use. I was used to wearing it by the 2nd day. The biggest problem is I woke up after the 2nd night only to be unable to find it. I still can't find it. It's so small and clear, who knows where it went? Not sure if it stopped the snoring. Maybe, since I never woke up from that. My husband wore one also. It didn't stop his snoring but his snoring was not as loud.

Seemed to improve airflow only a tiny bit. Not too comfortable, in fact a couple nights I found I had apparently pulled them out while I was sleeping. I much prefer the blue rubber double-tube inserted type of anti snore device, better on both counts.

Got these for my husband who sounds like a freight train at night, and they have helped. It doesn’t keep him from snoring but it’s a lite snore and I finally get some sleep.

It didn't work for me. After using it I had to do my own research as to why it didn't work on me where I see so many positive reviews on it. As it turns out this product may help if you have deviated septum, meaning a crooked nose bridge. I don't have that, and this product is mssing on that key information who may qualify to use this to help reduce snoring.So I'll be returning. Wish it had detailed information so I wouldn't have to spend time and effort to try the method that isn't even work on my condition. If you snore from your throat, this isn't for you.

I am not sure that these work. I put them in my nose and my wife says I still snore like a chainsaw.

These did notnreally impact snoring but they did open my breathing. Biggest proven is they fell out 100% of the time.

It’s comfortable but I keep losing during the night.
