Since there are only 2 rows of hooks, the adjustability is limited so, even when placed on the smallest hooks on the bra itself, and with this hooked as tight/close as possible, there is still too much stretch, making the band (where the main support of your bra should come from) too loose. These will be fine on a bra that's one FULL size (or more) too small - great for when I find a bra that doesn't come in my size - but for the half size I needed, they're just too stretchy. I also anticipated that the hooks wouldn't be spaced apart perfectly for every bra out there, but I think these are set a good distance to be fairly universal - I've tried them on 3 bras with different spacing and it's worked fine with no bunching or discomfort.
