Great for jewelers
Fits well, not too heavy, many lenses to choose from and has saved my eyes!!! I’m a jeweler and have been hand making chains (double chain, Byzantine, trizantine, Inca Puño, etc.) from individual jump rings just a few mm in diameter, which is an extremely precise task. I no longer need to hold these chains in progress up to within 2” from my eyes.Thank you!

Magnifying glasses with light
I like that they are lightweight and the light is great for many tasks. I use mine primarily for cross stitching. I use the elastic band and it is comfortable even with eyeglasses.

Bought for my mom
Not sure if it's the glasses or my mom, but she don't care for them all that much, makes her nose sore and strength levels are not right for her,

This are a great solution!
I used these for hand embroidery. I do not use glasses or readers in general, but these glasses really help with eyestrain. I can embroidery and watch TV - when I look down I see my project in focus and I can glance up and see the TV without having to readjust my eyes. For me, changing focus like that frequently can bring on migraines, so these really save the day. They are lightweight for what they are, but still heavier than regular glasses, so they slip down a bit and I have to push them up. The silicon grips on the ear arms were pulling out my hair, so I pulled them off without changing the function of the glasses. You can move the position of the glasses up and down, which also adjusts your light (a cool white light that doesn't affect colors). The button to turn the lights on is easy to push, and they charge quickly. I don't know how long the battery lasts because I haven't run out before charging, even with two back to back days of having it on for 4-6 hours (so I guess you can get at least 10 hours without charging, but probably more).I do wish the bridge of the nose had a bit more cushion, which would help with slippage and with discomfort. I also have a few lenses with tiny imperfections in them, which are not really hindering my field of vision but check all your lenses when you receive it to make sure that there are no imperfections in the middle of the lens, which would affect your ability to use. Also, the lenses are really hard to clean - they get fingerprints super quickly because I'm always pushing them up or adjusting them slightly for different parts of my work, but nothing seems to get them perfectly clean.Overall, a good buy. I am happy for the price.

Nose piece tore after a year
I loved this headlamp for a little over a year, using both the light and the magnifier made it so easy to cross stitch. Uinfortunately, the thin silicon cover of the nose piece tore open and now they hurt to wear.

Awesome lightweight magnifier, great working distance!
Wow, this unit is an outstanding value! I've used the non-rechargeable models with the battery compartment on either the temple or the forehead area and this is by far the superior magnifier, both in its very lightweight design and the working distance of the lenses. In addition, the lights are surprisingly bright and perfect for any fine detail work. I am a jewelry artist doing long hours of close up work and have tried everything from high end to low end units with headbands that invariably cause a headache after an hour or two, and expensive, battery draining add-on lights with limited brightness. This one can be worn either like a pair of glasses with the weight on the nose bridge or with the included headband. I prefer wearing them like glasses, and the weight on the nose with this one is FAR LESS than the non-rechargeable models, making this so lightweight that its a game changer, VERY comfortable! Runs about 8 hrs or more on a charge, recharges easily and quickly with standard micro USB. The plastic is somewhat thin, but that contributes to the light weight, and if you take care of it, it will definitely last. The unit is inexpensive enough to be replaced easily anyway! The working distance is great because of the adjustability of the lens position. Even with the 3.5 lens, I have a comfortable working area, and this is another game changer compared to so many others. Even the power button placement is much better, most others have that button on the light itself so that when you press it, it forces the light to flip up or down out of adjustment. This one is behind the light on the non-moving forehead part. Would love to see replacement lenses become available since even though they are scratch resistant, they're still vulnerable with heavy use, but overall definitely a great value for the money and highly recommended!
