Although I used a different product than the one recommended in the book, I found it very helpful.

Book does have some good info but mostly repetition and laundry lists of pathogens anyone could find on the internet.Save yourself a few hours of reading a heavily padded book.Summary:'There are a lot of toxins and viruses. Zeolite will help/fix these problems. Add Humic acid to help.'He recommends Zeo health a lot. I think he sells Zeo Health zeolite. He recommends mentions 2 grams (adult) a day for 4 to 6 weeks but in the Faq section he says 90 days. He recommends 2 capsules of humic acid but never mentions the brand. He mentions a possible 2 day healing crisis. He says its ok for pets. These are not my recommendations always check with your Doctor. zeolite does bind to some medications.

There are numerous articles available online, for free, that provide more information than is found in this book. This "book" reads more like a promotion pamphlet for ZEO-Health than a book about zeolites. I literally did not learn one, single thing.... The whole "book" can be read in about 15 minutes...
