I notified customer service, and was immediately given the option of a refund or a replacement. I went for the replacement, and added that they needed to use a lot more quality control over their packers who pack such fragile items. I am happy to report the second shipment arrived well packed, and in perfect condition. I use this molasses in baked beans and to make my own brown sugar. It is stronger in flavor than regular molasses, but it is really good. I give it to my chicken ladies on occasion as well, as they really love it!

**Q: Is the bottle BPA free?**
A: It doesn't say so on the bottle. However, it is fairtrade certified, hand harvested, greene cut cane ( fields not burned), and sugar mill is energy self sufficient. Bottle has #1 recycling, a check mark, which I don't know the meaning of and a circled U. If a company is that green, I can imagine they fill the product into a BPA free bottle.

A: The bottle is plastic.

**Q: Is there a P65 warning label on this product?**
A: Yes, and i didn’t know this.  I can hardly see it. The print is so small. How can I get my money back?

A: Yes especially cookies, it will give it a ginger bread kinda taste.

I notified customer service, and was immediately given the option of a refund or a replacement. Wholesome Organic Unsulphured Molasses. While “Blackstrap” is not listed on the front of the bottle, it is listed in ingredients on the back as “Organic Unsulphured Blackstrap Molasses. Meaning no sulfur dioxide is used Blackstrap unsulphured molasses is the most nutrient-dense and least sweet form of molasses, produced from the third boiling of mature sugarcane. Blackstrap molasses is often used as a natural health supplement due to its high concentration of minerals. * Anemia Prevention: According to Healthline, it is a significant plant-based source of iron, with one tablespoon providing approximately 20% of the daily value. * Bone Health: It contains calcium and magnesium, which are essential for maintaining bone density and preventing osteoporosis. * Digestive Support: It acts as a natural laxative.
