Just Junk Klein Continuity Tester, Made in USA????
For the price and stating made in USA I thought this would at least be made of higher quality than that stuff we import from CCP. Nope, all type of wrong here and only worth 1 star as you can get it to work, after patiently messing with it for a half of a day. The wire is too hard and stiff, the alligator clip requires pounds of force to open them(better have thor's muscles). When you open to put battery in, the spring gets launched into outer space. Then it wouldn't light right away, but no, had to fiddle around with the wire inside the tester, all this for $16 and made in USA. More like imported parts and assembled in the USA and with imported assembly workers also. Klein has gone so far downhill you can't even see them at the bottom, they have dropped in quality that far. I DO NOT recommend this cheap device.

The light is not as bright as it could be
When I first got a tester put in a battery and it would not work I cannot figure out what was wrong investigating the wire was cramped on the end through the insulation which was not making contact I had to cut off the wire re-strip it and put a new end on it other than that the same works fine the light could be brighter

I've used these all my life and they have never let me down yet. I would recomend this.
I love these because they are so simple to use.

Had to fix to work
Not the quality I expect from Klein. Installed battery, would not work. Found I had to sand paper the contact touching the light bulb base that was the bottom of the probe. Then also had to buff off the black coating ion the probe tip itself to make it work. Disappointing

Lifetime tool
I bought this to replace a cheapie I bought long ago that became unreliable. The Klein tester is very high quality and durable. This looks like it will be a 'lifetime' tool.

Helps find broken circuits
I needed something to test wires for breaks. I needed something with a battery that would show if the wiring was sound or there was a break. this fit the bill.

Fell apart less than a minute after delivery
After receiving the tester and inserting its battery, it did not seem to perform consistently with the lamp flickering when tested. Then the wire simply broke off the handle; elapsed time: less than a minute. The wire has absolutely no strain relief and is basically designed to fail. Not worth the trouble to return it. I expected much better from Klein Tools. Zero stars.

good tool with reservations
This continuity tester worked great for a while.Just got finished my first day of using it and the wire lead broke off inside the handle. There is no strain relief so it broke right where it is attached to the little brass doohickey that makes contact with the battery and keeps the wire from pulling out of the handle. No biggy, I pried the little brass clamps apart (tough job), and soldered the wire back on. (Next time I will use a new tiny brass grommet)Annoying but also reassuring to know that it is easily fixed. All this aside it works well and does what is supposed to.If it breaks again, I will replace the entire wire lead with a shorter piece of soft silicone wire, (I don't need that much length), and some kind of spring/strain relief. It's not something I use every day, so it will probably last me for my lifetime.
