Carolina Reaper Sauce, Pure Hot Sauce, Green Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce, 3.75oz (Green Carolina Reaper Pepper)

Peppers and vinegar. Amazing flavor, amazing heat. Only get if you like spicy! Very good on many dishes or to add a kick to some sauces.

I am sick and tired and just annoyed with sugar in hot sauce. Also a long list of ingredients that look like a list you would make for your monthly Costco trip.This is simple- reaper, salt, vinegarI use it on a daily basis on everything! Takes great + not very salty.Only issues are that the sauce is thick and you will need to slam it + the bottle is unnecessarily fancy looking that serves no purpose.But not a major issue for me as the shave is great and sugar free.

I've had this brand's same style of sauce in the Red Carolina Reaper variety (these sauces are essentially "mash" >> mostly chile and a small amount of vinegar), and it brought me to tears of it's extreme heat (and I can handle alotta heat -- maybe i caught a wicked batch). This Green Reaper version is very-very hot, tho not quite the intensity of the red one, so no tears, but it frames all the expected grassy flavors of a robust green hot sauce. A perfect example of Green Heat. .

This is a nice sauce that is good with many things. I like it most with Costco' thick beef jerky or on a chicken BLT. It is not hot enough for me. I can handle to about 1 million Scoville. There is no Scoville rating, so I don't know how hot it really is...I guess somewhere between 20k to 300k Scoville. It does not adulterate the food, except it is a bit salty. Dip beef jerky into this sauce and enjoy a pleasure in life!I would buy it again to enjoy with beef jerky.

Because the first ingredient is reaper pepper and only has salt/vinegar (in that order) next, this is the best chance to enjoy the magic of reaper sweetness since I can’t really stomach a raw one…for sure the sweetest pepper I’ve ever tasted (really) and I can enjoy it more in this mashed form. I kind of have to pour it a bit tho, but if it were hotter I could do a few drops instead; tho a larger bolus derives more sweetness, flavor & polyphenols for sure, so that’s a plus! I just hope I don’t go thru it too fast bc it’s fairly pricey vs similar heat levels (such as the cheap tobasco scorpion) but the best & most pure reaper sauce I know, so price is worth it!

Begin with small amount and work up. Not just hot, but delicious fruity. This is my favorite! Pure product without toxic additives. Ultimate immunity booster! It has versatility: put it on most of my meals

The bottle comes in a nice package and has a little piece of leather and silver buckle type design on front.It tastes very delicious along with a lot of heat at the finish.

I love really hot sauces, but of course they must have flavor. This sauce meets that perfectly. I've tried Dave's ultimate insanity hot sauce, which meets the heat expectations, but has a bit of a chemical type flavor to it. Most likely due to the processing of the habanero peppers to a concentration to achieve the heat level. But this using the Carolina Reaper peppers has great flavor and achieves the heat level desired.Not for the faint of heat people out there, it is very hot, thus the "Try if you dare!" in the description.

Reaper HOT, thick, delicious, a little goes a long way!
