Worst behaviour of amazon customer care
I got the defective item, not worth a penny. But the worst thing was behaviour of amazon customer care. I ordered 2 pieces.May not be applicable to all but I didn't like the rude behaviour.

Amazing biscuits. Love the taste. Felt disappointed seeing few broken biscuits in the package but after having few it didn’t really matter whether they are broken or not.

Very Poor receipt of package and also taste seems different
The flavour was off and unlike Karachi Bakery Biscuits.You can also the see the conditions of biscuits as delivered to us.It’s better to buy at a local store near you than on Amazon. I have doubts once opened these packets can be returned.

Quality not good
The packing was not proper. Biscuits not crispy may be due to moisture and quality not like regular karachi biscuits.

Quality
The taste of the biscuit is awesome. But, the problem I faced with this pack was that the biscuits were not crispy. I guess it was not air tight packed thus the problem occurred.
