Dryer Max Dryer Balls

I got a pair of Dryer Max Dryer Balls from a friend that works at Ross and CVS. The dryer balls from Ross are authentic and are much softer and lighter blue. These knockoffs are darker blue, have pointier nodules, and are much harder. Even the plastic wrapping is thin and tears apart easily. Not only are all 4 of the packages I ordered knockoffs, they are very cheap knockoffs. These are the kind that people are complaining about when they break in the dryer. There is a clear difference between the two, despite the picture looking like the original. These are very clearly knockoffs that I received. I requested a refund. These knockoffs aren't what I paid for. Let it be known that this is the first time I've been deceived by a knockoff product through Amazon.com.

These hold up really well. I don't use them for every dryer load (mostly just for towels), but they do seem to speed up drying time and keep the towels fluffy.

I don't use these in my dryer but rather this is a dog toy.
