I have really mixed feelings on this product, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars. Allow me to discuss my bowels with you:I received this product on December 30th, and I took 2 capsules that night. On December 31st, I had some of the most unpleasant and explosive bowel movements; it was full-on diarrhea, and I had seven of these awful bathroom experiences that day. In the evening, because it was New Year's Eve, I was really iffy about going out, but my husband convinced me to at least go to a nearby outdoor event which had rides, free food, and pretty gardens to walk through; I couldn't stomach eating anything, and I was nervous about sudden movement with rides, so we just walked through the gardens. Half-way through the garden walk, I knew I was going to have a problem. We started heading for the exit to go home, but I knew I wasn't going to make it; it took all my control to not crap my pants. When I found a restroom, I almost started crapping before I even sat on the toilet. It was a nightmare...but I certainly rang in the New Year with a bang.The only plus side to that evening: The next morning, January 1st, I weighed 5.8 pounds less than the day before.THAT is how much I pooped.Even though the experience was awful, I still took 2 more capsules on December 31st. Again, I had terrible diarrhea the next day. I made the assumption that I was taking too many of these capsules (they recommend taking 1-2 at night), so I figured I was over-doing it for my body. So, after a second awful day, I started taking just 1 at night.And nothing. Nothing happened.From January 2-January 8, I only took 1 capsule at night, and three of those days, I didn't have a single bowel movement. The two days I did have a movement, it was your regular, run-of-the-mill experience. No regularity, nothing special. All the weight I had lost from 2 days of diarrhea was slowly creeping back, probably because nothing I was eating was exiting.The night of January 8th, I decided to try again with 2 capsules. Yesterday, diarrhea.So, for my body, I can either take 1 capsule and have nothing happen, or I can take 2 and go through a day of diarrhea.To this product's credit, it did help me dispose of literally all the weight I put on over the holidays (I'm actually 2.4 pounds less than I was before Halloween), but I don't know if 3 days of intense diarrhea and being confined to my house was worth it. But if you're desperate for a quick fix and your body reacts like mine, all the more power to you...and buy baby wipes and air freshener.

My husband and I like to do a cleanse at least once a month.We have tried many products on Amazon -pills, teas etc.So far, this one is the only one that has held true to its promise, does exactly what it says and most importantly,it works effectively to the point where I order it monthly now.Do exactly as the instructions say.We like to kick start things so we start with 2 pills before bedtime then decrease to just 1 pill before bedtime.It has been both our experiences that you can take this, let it do its thing overnight and you will feel the results on the morning when you wake up or of the "urge" wakes you up first!Keep in mind, most products that we tried were very harsh.The difference with this one is that it actually works with your system so the urge to go will be more of a natural reflex and not an evasive one.The other difference with this product is that you will go several times throughout the course of the morning once it fully kicks in because that's the cleansing part doing its work so if this is your first time trying this - be prepared because you will get cleansed!Usually other products because they're so evasive flush you out quickly in one sitting.This stuff works gently & effectively.Don't let those other products turn you off, consider giving this one a try.

If you want to completely remove everything or are having some issues this product is VERY effective. I was skeptical because I was having some issues coming out of the holiday season and nothing seemed to work. I was trying a low carb diet and was eating way too much cheese. One round of this and I was totally cleaned out. There is no middle ground with this product it is either you don't feel the results at all or you are a slave to the results. I you need to get it out and don't care how this is very effective.

I use this product 1 time a week or every 2 weeks to do a full clean out. It takes bloat out of stomach and helps increase parstalsis for better digestion. Drink plenty of h20. Avoid taking with alcohol my experience...

Good product to jump start your digestive system, but it will clean you out. You have to drink at least 8oz of water when you take the pill at bedtime, and by morning you have to go. It makes you feel lighter, healthier, and great... Just beware you continue to go through the day, it is not a one and done product. There are some points where there is the urgency that you get when you feel like you can't hold it... That is the only reason for the 4 stars. Otherwise it would be 5

WELL _ WELL _ WELL... I took some time with those pills.In normal condition I never had problems what made me to buy such pills like these.. I am quiting smoke and with it came little troubles. 1st day: Seems..I badly needed to go after one week of not ... (you know what) I took 3 pills ( I was expecting next day to die in bathroom) :) BUT nothing... So 2nd day I took 2 pills... There was a big halloo in and out of me... But finally something... I was expecting get me back to my normal but NO. I didn't loose of me much I still didn't feel like I am cleaned up enough... after 2nd day..and I gained with those pills terrible headaches. I though 1st day I haven't drink enough of water what in my life style is impossible... So after 4th day taking those pills I skipped one day... and headaches was gone... I couldn't go every day as some ppl were experienced... Today I am taking last my try with those pills. After 2 hours of taking 2 pills I started have terrible headache again. I think this isn't just working for me...
