I bought this product because it was so cheap and I couldn't believe the price. I returned the first one thinking it was just a defective product. The first one I bought wouldn't work and continued to flash like it was ready but the buttons wouldn't work to get it to start (even when held down). I ordered a replacement a few days later. The replacement would not start to drip but would act like it would. Don't waste your time and money on this product. Both were defective and the boxes came pretty beat up. I'm so disappointed.

This machine only provides espresso single serve. The machine uses Nespresso capsules{not vertuo]. One capsule provides just 2 sip of espresso. It's absolutely not worth money. The body of coffee maker is made up of plastic and there were scratches all over. I got a replacement and it was the same(scratches). Moreover, capsules are expensive and not economical. 100 capsules come at cheapest price of $25. 1 capsule provides 2-3 sip of espresso.Coffee machine which uses ground coffee are better than one which uses nespresso capsules or K cups.

I was happy with this little machine until it blow up an internal piece and broke. Only lasted for 3 months.

The media could not be loaded.  Very nice and compact! Makes coffee very fast plus keeps the used capsules in a compartment that you con dispose later which is a plus. I just wish that it was cheaper to get the actual capsules.Small tip, run the machine without any capsules a few times to clean the lines before making any coffee

So far this little machine makes a lot of noise from the pump, but would accept any water. I could never get it to brew any coffee. Is there a trick? Or did I get a dud. Also no frother was included ......???

I brought this for returning to the office, however it didn’t happen. I opened it this week and it made 3 coffees and now does not work!!It is not piercing the nepresso pods - at all!!

The media could not be loaded.  This thing is a LIFESAVER for college students. It’s actually affordable, makes amazing coffee, easy to clean (barely even need to clean it because of its design), and THE CAPSULE DOES NOT JAM!!! The brand Nespresso machine (grew up with that one), destroys soo many of the capsules because of jams and stuff but this machine has the sliding compartment which prevents that!

Doesn't work. Wasted 4 espresso capsules, trying to make it. Machine heats up, water doesn't. Then capsule drops into box, and no espresso produced!
