Pricey for the quality, but can work with it
I'm an art student using these paints for one of my main pieces and here's a bit of what I picked up after using these. They are bright and nice as they are fluorescent. HOWEVER, they need to be painted under a white background or else the colors will be very "muted" and do not show off their true neon color. Also, they are very watery and drippy. I need several layers of these to get a full opaque coat over my desired area. Which isn't too terrible since I can't find neon paints anywhere but they are quite expensive for the quality offered.Maybe walmart or perhaps a craft store will sell folk art neon paints? I'm not sure if they're better, but they are much cheaper.Overall, I love these paints and the bright colors. Its just a huge hassle when using them because A.) I have to paint a white layer over the area I want to use the neon paints, B.) They need 3-4 coats of layering before actually being opaque and beautiful.but like I said, since I can't find the neon paints anywhere I have to work with what I have and they aren't that terrible once you layer.

Wanted to make a black light poster...
So I think this would probably work for a simple project like adding UV decorations to the outside of a fish tank, but for actual painting? Horrible. The consistency is very runny and takes multiple coats to apply. It's very hard to get an even coat with this stuff, and it's extremely noticeable. The second I put it under a black light there were streaks every where. Even after multiple applications of paint. The blue doesn't really glow and neither does the green, at least not well. If you're looking for a cheaper option and aren't using it for a specific craft, grab some highlighters. Yellows, oranges, and pinks all usually show up under black light. These paints really are bit expensive for the quality.

Awesome.
This is some great paint. I'm in the process of putting together my gamer den. I splattered the paint all over the walls and it looks awesome.

Perfect for clothes, just paint a base layer first
Fantastic glow! I designed costumes for a production and used them on the pieces that would be worn under UV lighting. I painted layers of skreenprinting ink first, and 1-2 coats of this UV glow product. Read from far away, looked great!

The colors look wonderful under regular light and even better under blacklight
The colors look wonderful under regular light and even better under blacklight. The only thing, though, is that they aren't thick, so you'd have to layer them to get them the right consistency you want. In order to save the paint I just painted the base color in regular acrylic paint and the applied one coat over them with the blacklight paint. So I'd do a base paint, then a blacklight paint and that worked perfectly fine. I recommend these for those experimenting since they're cheap. Go for it!
