Fully charge battery before running a diagnostic
Upon receiving the battery and installing it, I ran a diagnostic on it and got the message:Battery reporting a failure and needs to be replaced as soon as possible. I was about to return it but after it was fully charged, I ran another test and the results were of a "primary battery" and an ok status. I'll update if something changes.

The battery will not charge up to only 92%. It says it is for an hour, but it is less than that since it will not charge all of the way.
