Arken Optics EP-4 4-16X50 FFP Compact Long Range Precision Shooting Rifle Scope

Just used this for the first time yesterday. After getting this on my rifle and adjusting it pretty much to my liking I finally took it out. The eye relief is very good although I still wish I would've bought high rings, I usually prefer low rings but a 50mm tube is big and I couldn't get the scope back as far as I prefer, but still fine (this is my personal gripe against myself, equipment isn't to blame.)I was able to get this pretty close to zero (not perfect) and then get on at about 600 yards (my guess) in a matter of 15 minutes.2 clicks right in the scope and then used the reticle to make elevation adjustments (I had a spotter).600 (my guess, no rangefinder) yards with this scope and my 6.5 Creedmoor was almost too easy.For the first time using a "Christmas tree" reticle, I loved it.It's a "tactical" scope so it's heavy, buy it's amazing.

Arken 4-16 feels like a $1500 scope. Excellent glass clarity, amazing tactical turrets, very close if not better than a Razor Gen 2.

Awesome optic, super clear glass and the owner is open, honest abs available fur questions and concerns. I highly recommend this product. Get it while you can before the price increases due to demand.

The reticle has the detail (many subdivisions and mil increments instead of MOA) I was looking for, although it is a little bit of a trade off because the reticle is very fine and less easy to see in some target background colors. It seems to hold zero and has nice positive clicks when doing elevation and windage adjustments. Arken staff responds to questions by e-mail but in my experience it takes at least 2 days. The magnification ring is pretty stiff compared to my previous Bushnell, but that is not a big deal. It produces a brighter image with the big 34mm tube versus my prior scope. IMO it is a very cost effective scope compared to some other brands offering similar options

Took my Custom Ruger 10/22 mounted with this scope to the range for the first time….. and WOW! The EPL4 6x22 meets the brag beyond my wildest expectations. Crystal Clear Optics at all magnifications, Reticle design exactly as I had hoped. Illuminated reticle when I need it. ZERO parallax when correct range dialed in. Throw lever is a nice complement to the scope to make magnification selection a breeze. Love this scope! Would buy again from Arken. The EP4 4-16x50mm MIL is an awesome rifle scope for the money. I have owned numerous rifle scopes from various manufacturers, and Arken holds its own with scopes costing 3 to 4 times as much! Best bang for the buck!!DK
