These are really useful for if you travel often. I pack a couple of these everytime I go on a trip and (sorry TMI) these are great for women who may be on their periods and don't wish to ruin their underwear. Only issue is these have awkward shapes so I would not suggest wearing these with any skin tight clothing such as bodycon dresses unless you are wearing really thick material that does not show the outline.
