Very pretty, my daughter is very happy with her crystal tree, it came well packaged in a nice box too.

looks lovely but..
This is lovely to look at and catches the light beautifully, however, you need to have a little artistic talent to get it into the right shape as they scrunch it up to fit in a box that is far too small. Having said this, I would probably buy this again

Lovely, take your time setting it up
The product doesn't look like the image when you get it. It's bent and much smaller I guess for shipping. Take care bending it into shape and it looks great.

Disappointing
I didn't expect to find it all crushed together so that I would have to sort out the branches to make it look like the photo and as the above photo will show I'm not satisfied as how it came out but I fear anymore trying to rearrange it could end in breaking it.
