You put peppers in it?!?!
Love this! I don't make candy or soap (or even ice!) I puree the heck out of green pepper (or red, orange and yellow pepper: yay Costco!), and/or onion or celery... whatever I use for 'seasoning' that goes bad in the fridge because I can't use it up fast enough. I let the puree 'slush' sit for a day in the fridge, then stir it and apportion it out into a silicon mold. I was using the mini-peanut butter cups mold -- but that makes such tiny 'doses' that I wanted something larger, but not huge. This is PERFECT! And, unlike the p.b. cup molds, the 'cupcakes' pop out easily! I store them in pb jars in the freezer, and can pull one for spaghetti water, or to mix in an omelette, or to saute with burger meat! (I even thaw a couple of the green pepper to add to 'salad' -- because the fresh peppers have long since gone-off before I can use them up!) I used to spread the green pepper on a cookie sheet, and then break it into 'flakes' -- of whatever size. This mold turns out perfect similar size seasonings! VERY happy with it!

Cooks well, just one drawback
The mini muffin pan is a great size and is very easy to clean, which is what initially drew me to this slightly unconventional material for a muffin pan. Unfortunately the downside we have identified is there is just too much flexibility in the pan. First attempts to use placed the pan directly on the rack in the oven, but lifting the tray out at the end of the cooking process was a struggle. Picking up from the edges made the pan bend in the middle and generated the potential for all the baked goods to rub up against each other. When trying to reach under the rack and lift it from underneath the opposite was true where the middle came up but the edges didn't again making it hard to retrieve the pan.For subsequent uses we place the pan in a flat tray which go in the oven together. It is very unfortunate about this slight inconvenience because everything we have cooked in the pan has come out great.

The Best Silicone Pan I Have Ever Used!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. The Lucentee Large Mini Muffin Pan is one of the best silicone products I have purchased. I use this to make low carb desserts, called "Fat Bombs". I have used other pans in the past, but this one is, by far, the easiest to use. My recipe has butter, coconut oil and almond butter, all of which can easily stick to any pan. Not this one! As you will see in the video, the candies slide out perfectly! This pan can withstand oven temps up to 475 degrees. Although it doesn't state in the description, it also freezes well. My video is the pan right out of the freezer. I did place the silicone pan on a metal cookie s*** to freeze, since the pan is a little flimsy when filled with batter. Cleanup is a snap. I just used warm, soapy water the first time. After that, I use the dishwasher. The color is a bright blue. I am extremely pleased with the Lucentee Large Mini Muffin Pan and will be purchasing other silicone pans by this company in the future.

Perfect muffins everytime!
This is my first silicone pan, and won't be my last. I bought it to make mini pancakes for my toddler and other small snacks. I spray it with a little cooking spray and everything comes right out every time. I like that it's flimsy, it makes it easier to pop out the tiniest muffins. I just put it on a cookie sheet when baking for stability. I am now looking to purchase larger one from the same brand.

Not sturdy enough
Big enough to make lots of little muffins, but when it’s full it’s very cumbersome to carry from the counter to the oven; it usually ends up buckling in the middle and the batter spills all over the place.

Adorable tiny everything
Yay! I love this! It's adorable and it makes my boyfriend love me more because I made tiny bite sized Maple Peanut Butter Fudge cups AND Mac & Cheese bites with virtually zero clean up! Side note: You can suck it cooking spray. I don't need you anymore and you're getting pushed to the BACK of the cabinets now.

Does not stick or need baking cups
I purchased two of these Muffin pans to make savory appetizers without having to use paper baking cups. These worked great. The muffins came out without falling apart and clean up was super easy. They are shallow (less than 1 inch vs. 2 inches for other pans) but that is what I needed for non-cupcake items. If you are cooking bite size (or two bite) items this pan will be a great selection.

would recommend getting a product from silicone designs instead its 2 ...
The muffin pan is very flimsy you have to put it on a half sheet to use it. The muffin molds are quite small smaller than I was hoping 1/2" deep 1" wide and thats being generous. would recommend getting a product from silicone designs instead its 2 bucks more for the same thing however I personally believe their product is superior.
