Worsed the situation
The padding that is supposed to mask the cameltoe folded up to match the contours of my body. This product actually made things look worse!

Maybe Ok if you are built right.
I have been trying to find a good thong that covers the toe, but I did not like the pad and I felt it moved around and really added a bit of bulk I didn't need on my puff.

Doesn't totally eliminate camel toe in leggings
Still shows a divet where camel tow would be. Not pleased
