Instant and ongoing relief at last
I received this yesterday at about 5:00 pm and put it on for the remainder of the day, until around 11:00 pm and wow, what a difference in my knee already! I have severe osteoarthritis in my left knee and have been barely able to walk for over a year. I've tried everything from massages to daily pt and nothing helps for very long, except for this brace. I don't know how they did it, but this is nothing short of a miracle for me. Thank you Smalets!

I cannot give this 5 stars because the 'Smalets Best Knee Brace' does NOT stay in place as advertised,and I would like the opening to be a bit larger.I was, however, very pleased and impressed with both the packaging and delivery.

Recommended only if you’re at the middle of the size range or smaller, and not sensitive to its components
They vary a lot in size. I bought two of these braces at different times and one is a good 1.5” bigger around than the other. Not an acceptable margin of error, especially as I am at the larger end of the size range given, and the small one didn’t fit. It also was a different shape than the first one, so the first one fit and the second one scrunched up behind my knee uncomfortably. Otherwise, the brace is not as supportive as I hoped and I reacted badly both to the material that’s supposed to keep it from slipping down your leg and to its lining material. If you’re sensitive, you may want to choose a different brace.

Good but needs inprovement
We have two of these each. They work well but they could fit better one size fits doesn't all.

Good Brace but Velcro stops working
It does a great job supporting your knee. You are able to wrap it very tight and product has held up for over 3 months. It much better than the WinZone bracesAt 6 months of use the Velcro no longer holds. Their is suppose to be a 15 month warranty; however, neither the seller or manufacturer has replied to my e-mail. It seems to me that all braces have an issue with Velcro Longevity. Bottom line, it's a good brace but don't expect it to last a long time.

Great Value!
Great value! Been using this for about 2 weeks and it really helps my knee while walking or just to keeping it warm for the arthritis pain. May get one for the other knee.
