Works great, until...
EDIT: even after buying the proper screwdriver, the screws are so tight that they just dent when I try to unscrew it. This item is not worth $30 if it breaks within a week of purchase and it's completely unfixable. Not pleased. Will not be buying another one.I bought this to make lattes, and it works great: dense foam, the milk is perfectly warm. However, after only a handful of uses, an internal screw came loose and is now clacking around inside. I haven't been able to take it apart to try to fix it yet (it requires a y-shaped screwdriver which I don't have) but beware this may happen to you no matter how gentle you are with it.

Cappuccino in Italy Spoiled Me
Push a button for thick froth, again for light froth, once more for just heated milk or a 4th time for cold froth (if you're an iced coffee aficionado), then press the bottom button to start. Takes probably less than a minute. Takes a little bit of milk and turns it into a LOT of foamy goodness. Clean up is reaching in and grabbing the mini whisk, wiping it down inside and out, rinsing off the whisk and letting it dry for tomorrow's use. Makes a HUGE difference. If you've ever tried a cappuccino k-cup with some powdered milk in it, step up in a big way to a better way to start your day.

GREAT! Worht the money, buy it!
Waited a couple of weeks to review this and overall thig was a great buy. Once you figure this thing out there is nothing you can not do with it at home. I personally like drinking lattes and with this thing you have the option for warm stiff foam, warm airy foam, warm milk, or cold foam. Issue for me was that the war airy foam function made too much foam for me and left me with not enough warm milk for my latte. however, turn out its not an issue. what I do; so I will add milk to the cup and run it the 3rd setting, which is the war milk and let the cycle complete. Once that's done I will turn it back on, on the warm airy foam setting for about 20seconds then shut it off manually. This gives me the in between foam and hot milk right where I want it. Point is you can manipulate this thing to do exactly what you want. Buy it.

Makes the Perfect Latte
Wonderful little machine for the latte lover. This little frother has become a staple in my daily routine. It makes a nice dense and creamy froth. The temperature is perfect. The froth keeps it's consistency for a good while. This helps make the perfect morning latte. It can be a bit difficult to clean as some milk residue builds up after each use. I clean mine thoroughly immediately after use. It's very easy to use; select your setting, press on and wait for your perfect froth. I make mine alongside my coffee maker as it brews. A side note: for rescues and breeders or those who need to make quick formula in small batches; this will blend light powdered formula quickly and brings it to the perfect temperature. I used it for a litter of puppies that needed supplementation.

STOPPED WORKING AFTER 3 MONTHS
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: From 5 starts to 1. Less if I could. After 3 months of use, it stopped working. So frustrating cause I loved this thing. The video shows how it just randomly lights up on 4 options and buttons aren't really working anymore.I like this for my everyday bulletproof coffee or matcha. Its best if youre making for only one person but if youre making more than that itll be time consuming to make more than one and it doesn't make the drink super hot, I know some people want their drink piping hot.. Also easy to clean so that's a plus!

Great. But no pouring spout. Still good. Pretty too.
Great. Only thing is, it does not have a pouring spout 😂 did they just forget to put that on it . I have used several of these and it works great, only thing is, since I personally use non dairy milk, only good foam I can get is from soy milk. I tried all others, and regular soy milk is the only one that actually makes a lot of foam. Blend it on a lot of foam setting a few times and you can get a small dry cap or a large wet cap. Depends on amount of milk. Probably whole milk would work best for those who drink regular dairy milk

It's ok, but not as good as others I've tried
Heats and froths well, except I find myself heating the milk on low froth for the entire time, then putting it on a higher froth for just a few seconds. Maybe froths too much on high settings, almost whipped cream like.Logistically, the buttons aren't the easiest approach to making settings and not sure how long they will be responsive. It's also a bit difficult to clean the bottom well, and when I've removed and replaced the whisk to clean, it doesn't always go on firmly and makes lots of noise when using. This unit is kind of clunky, and I suspect it won't last more than a year.

Hate to give this a bad review ...
It was a wonderful product for a couple weeks. Then a major problem emerged — it’s nearly impossible to keep it clean without wearing out the nonstick surface, and once that happens, the cleanliness issues just compound Then after a month, the heating element just stopped working. It’s very disappointing to say this, it’s a very promising product, very handy if they can improve the quality.
