I wish I could give them 6 stars for their truly exceptional customer service! I accidentally damaged the mounting bracket when I was installing the product (completely my fault, the product is not difficult to install). I emailed their customer service address hoping to get replacement mounting hardware. Not only did I receive a response within an hour (on a Saturday night!) the representative was very friendly and extremely helpful. The most exceptional part was their tremendous generosity; as the factory was out of replacement mounting hardware, they offered to see me a brand new product! I would recommend them to anyone and look forward to doing business with them again

Fixture arrived on time and was reasonably well-packed. I wouldn't have minded paying more for something slightly sturdier, but I liked the style and am generally happy with it. One thing to note is that the electrical wire which runs through the chain is unusually thick for a fixture like this. You need to allow quite a bit of extra length before cutting it down to the right size for your ceiling situation. Also, you'll really have to work the wire through carefully back and forth several times to get the chain to hang straight, and even with the other (non-wired) side. Note that dimensions given in the specs are for the packaging - actual product is only 37.75" at its widest point (a little smaller than I was expecting, but it still worked for the space).

I ordered this product recently, because I and kids are using our formal dinning as our study room, and we need a chandelier to offer bright light. This chandelier could use 60W Max bulbs, which fits my need very well. Easy to install just 2 people will get it done. I am not sure how to deal with the extra length of wire, so I twisted the wire around the chains. It still looks good. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.

The fixture is very pretty and seems to be quality construction. We liked the idea of this fixture, but in reality the lights all being in a row didn’t cast enough light in our dining room. It is a large space with no other lights. We ended up returning. It would be great in an area that has additional can lights.

I would buy it again. It looks great and makes the room look bigger!
