These are perfect - they are thin enough to hang from a hook inside the cabinet without taking up any space, but work well with everything I've used them for so far. You can't cut downward into a puncture, but who does that? For just normal chopping, sliding, slicing and sliding your cuts onto a plate or into the sink these are great. They're just about the right size for a placemat too and clear, so I may be ordering another set for that purpose rather than handing out coasters all the time to keep drink rings off my granite.

Easy cleanup and does what it supposed to do. It fits nicely in the cupboard & saves my countertop. Good price too.

Actually don't think these are any better than similar mats that I found in the dollar store. They easily get carved-up and have to be thrown out. Best use is underneath heavy kitchen appliances that you may need to slide around on your counters! I got that idea from someone else's review and it is a great tip to avoid prying your Ninja or Vitamix suction cups off the counter if you need to move the machine to an outlet, etc.

These are okay, but a bit large for my purpose. They don't fit into my dishwasher and it's difficult to get them thoroughly grease free by hand washing. That said, I've trimmed a couple down by a couple of inches and they work well.

I have purchased several flexible chopping mats on Amazon. They serve their purpose well, wear out, and are replaced. I don't really like the designs of most of the options. These are larger than most and quite thick. Excellent quality. I like them very much.For those of you who want to complain about he mats sliding around: wet a paper towel and lay it on the counter then put the mat on top. Problem solved.

These are ok - as in, don't use a heavy hand with that kitchen knife! Not nearly as heavy as the mats I've purchased at a local hardware store for a bit more money. My husband was worried the first time he used one for chopping vegetables and was was not thrilled with the deep cuts afterwards. Ok to protective the counter but that's not why we bought them. Back to our local store for us!
