As usual, the delivery was accurate and efficient, however on this occasion, the packaging was very poor, Not the packaging from amazon, but the actual box the goods were packed in !! From the supplier/ manufacturer.. The box containing the goods was damaged and when ,I opened it, I found I was !missing the two metal scrapers. Not the end of the world, but very annoying!!!! Will I be using Amazon again? Probably, but not with the same certainty!!!! It's a shame, because up to this point the service has been superb!!!!!!

Does the job well no accessories required

A great budget hot air gun. Initially I purchased to strip veneer from an old cabinet, but I will be using this for many projects in the future. Easy to use and lightweight. Attachments are useful as well. Very happy with purchase

Heat gun works great but the accessories are not fit for use.

I bought this heat gun to strip the paint from a piece of old furniture and it worked a treat! The handle design makes it easy to hold and as the gun is not heavy (about the same weight as a hair dryer) using it over a long period is not difficult. There’s a heat control dial which is very easy to use and a few nozzles included which are handy to get in to tricky areas, plus a couple of scrapers. Overall I recommended this product as a very handy tool for home diy.

Comes with a good range od nozzle adaptors but bonus tool set not up to much. That said still good value for money. Less messy than gas blow lamp and less dangerous. Unlike the gas alternative there is no visible flame so caution required at all times when using it.

Good value for money and easy to use

The attachments are a bit fiddly to put on, heat output very good, be careful where you put it after use, it gets extremely hot. Worse still the plastic case has started to melt and the heat has stopped after only using it a few times.
