I love the idea of personalising glasses. I'm pleased with the product. Bought a couple during the Christmas period and I dropped one. These kind of are replacing the one I dropped. 😉

Perfect 18th present
Wanted a beer glass which wasn't too old fashioned for my son's 18th. This fitted the bill, and he was delighted that it had his name on it. Arrived quicker than expected too, which was great, as I had left it to the last minute, and didn't tell the seller to rush it through as I was late! Wld definitely order the same, or use the seller for another item.

engraving could do with being more visible
When i first ordered the glass i received it smashed. part of this would be from the delivery being too rough but honestly part of it would be from the seller packing it too tightly, its glass its fragile it need more padding but also enough room for the glass to move a little other wise any shock will just go through the whole glass. When i contacted them about it being broken on arrival they where fantastic and immediately sent out a replacement I bought this as a gift for my dad, my dad has issues with his vision and the engraving it a little hard to see. dont know if its possible but it would be nice to see if they could do something in the future to make the engraving more vibrant or stand out more

There was an initial problem with some of the lettering missing. Replies to messages were returned within the hour throughout both Saturday and Sunday and a replacement received 3 days later. Great customer service. Thank you.
