Bad cable on one of the two tags I ordered. Need a replacement!
Ordered 2 tags. One cable was functional. Other cable cant be used because little screw piece is installed in wrong direction on braided cable so cable ends cant be connected. Traveling out of country in 8 days. How can i quickly get a replacement cable?

Exactly what I expected
This tag feels very durable. I travel this weekend so I hope it holds up through the travel process, but given how it feels I have no doubt it will do just fine. It is also a great size for easy recognition when looking for luggage at baggage claims.
