Balls: Size is Imortant
These massage balls are great, especially when you get 3 of themfor $17. The large is the same size as a lacrosse ball. The medium is about half the size of the large, and works well on paraspinal muscles and QL. The small is so small that it has to be used on hard floor (sinks into carpet too much to work) but is the perfect size for between the ribs and awkward muscles the other balls are too big for. They are all firm with a slight rubbery sqish, and have the same smooth yet grippy texture.

Great Balls!
These things are wonderful. Great no-slip texture, just a bit of give, not too hard/not too soft. They feel great. Would be even awesomer if there was a size in between the two smallest, and one larger than the largest, but even so, very glad to have these.

It was recommended by my instructor to use in class. I also use it at home as it does help make my feet comfortable.

Great product!
Needed a good myofacial release, and this product is A+. The largest ball is about as soft as a lacrosse ball (maybe a bit harder). The medium and small balls are harder. It's gona be tough to find a better deal for the price. These are top, top-notch.

Great for pain relief!
Much better than a tennis ball for massage/pain relief. The different sizes make it easy to use on hands, feet and back/shoulder area. You can really pinpoint areas of pain with these.
