I have to say, I really like this item. Why did I choose this over the other at 10 bucks cheaper? Because the guides are star type and not just round. Hopefully the wear on the rifling stays even but if not then those round type can have a tiny effect on the zeroing. But what I really liked was the fact that if you adjust just right, it slides/spirals snugly into the barrel and stays pretty centered. I've tried the laser sighters that mimick the bullets, even the full rod/optic kits from Sportsmans Guide Co. and I feel more confident using this than the others!The only nit picking negative I have for this is i can't get a good grip on the on/off knob since it isn't knurled or anything. It is a small turn knob that rests in set the groove of the housing. Otherwise, I have no idea what to do with my other sighters now. I would buy this again.I sighted in 3 pistols for about a bulleye at ~30ft in less than 30 mins and it was right on when I tested them at the range.

Batteries were NOT included with my purchase and a sticker on product stated "batteries for working 3*Lr44 (not included) ". This is not consistent with earlier reviews or I would not have purchased. Going to the range tomorrow, and now I have to figure out where to purchase batteries that will operate the unit. Not a good buy after all. Deceiving...look elsewhere.Update: Purchased (3)LR44 batteries from my local Target ($8 for 3 pak) and had a chance to use the sighter. Works well, accurate to a couple inches, and had my new AR-15 on target within a few short minutes. Red laser is bright enough to do the job. This kit may be one of the only ones available with .177 adapter for pellet/air guns if that is needed. Just beware of the added battery expense in considering. Increased my rating from 1 to 3, as product works as intended.

This is a great gadget for sighting your guns. I was able to sight 7 guns in less than an hour. I waited until all guns were fired to verify sights and post a review.I received the item well packaged and earlier than expected. After 5 minutes of usage the laser light went out, I determined that the spring holding the batteries was too compressed and wrote the seller for hints on how to fix the problem, I liked the laser sighter so much I was not willing to return it easily. The seller quickly responded with a video on how to fix the problem by stretching the spring. In 30 seconds the bug went away and never returned. I am very pleased with this item especially since the price was very reasonable.

I used this sighter to zero in a few air rifles it worked great, I recommend it for what it is, then slight adjusting of my scopes , it worked 100 %J R

Works great easy-to-use comes with all the parts you need in a nice box. Only downside is the batteries they cost you almost as much as the product

Used this on 6 or 7 times aligning scopes, lasers, and red dots. Got me on the paper, within 6 inches at 15 yards. I'm good with that.

Bought this to easily zero in my 22's and 177 pellet guns (All with reflex sites) to shoot with my son. Worked great so far.

Perfect to sight in you bb gun since it can ho down to 177 cal.
