On the recommendation of my doctor for arthritic knee pain, I started taking osteo bi-flex and have now taken it for years. I have found osteo bi-flex to be quietly effective by that I mean, you don’t realize how effective it is until you stop taking it. It gradually reduced my knee pain over time to the point I thought it had gone away on its own until I decided to stop taking the osteo at which point, the pain returned with a vengeance. I like this particular supplement because it is just one pill instead of 2-4 now granted that one pill is the size of two pills but I only have to swallow it once. If you have problems getting pills down, this may be too large to swallow in which case you can use the smaller multi pill supplements. There is no taste to osteo so it won’t cause a gag-reflex but, the one dose option is much larger than a normal pill. If you have mild to moderate joint discomfort I would definitely recommend trying osteo bi-flex before a prescription medication just make sure to give it enough time to notice a change.

My personal experience is similar. My left knee no longer clicks (damaged meniscus) with the frequency that it did for a half-dozen years and I can do squatting and lunging exercises without pain now. As a result I can again weight train regularly to rehabilitate and strengthen my legs. I'm knocking 55 and looking forward to an upcoming week of skiing in Colorado now. Works great for the arthritic pain in my husbands knees.

In my senior years, knee joint stiffness and occasional pain has haunted me. In younger years, many-many miles of running for wrestling, football, baseball and track has created worn joints. After looking for solutions to the stiffness and pain, I read about glucosamine as a dietary supplement. I started taking Osteo Bi-Flex a couple years ago. I take the one/day dosage and after a week or so, I felt quite a bit of relief. I’ve been taking it ever since. The pills are large and not the easiest to swallow. They do have a smaller tablet size available, but the cost is higher.

I've been using these for years.. They were recommended by my doctor. There's no side effects & they're very good 4-my the relief pain in my joints. The size of the pill is quite large so I recommend that you cut it into if u can't swallow it whole. Dosage is recommended (1) a day

helps with my knee pain

Been using this product for decades and it really helps my joints, espcially my knees. Should I ever allow myself to run out, I can tell it! If you have joints that "pop" or "crack" from the wear and tear of life (especially knees) Osteo Bi-Flex really helps.
