Locked out of my gym for the COVID scare and needed a cheap but sturdy bench for home use until things reopened.On the bad side, it arrived with 2 screws missing. To their credit, the customer service turned out to be excellent and they shipped me a couple of screws within a week or so and they always responded the next day. Had to take a picture of the missing screw type, but otherwise it was a fairly simple process without the hassle of boxing things back up and taking it to the UPS store to return.Also, I am about 220 pounds, and I should have purchased something a bit sturdier that can handle more weight. Nothing has ever failed on me, but at times it feels a bit creaky. My wife and kids are totally fine with it and have no complaints, though.Taking it apart and storing it is quite easy, though I tend to just leave it up for some daily use. I also like the range of motion and being able to adjust the bench from upright to an incline. The pads are a little thin but they are serviceable. The included bungies work well for doing some light reps prior to a workout.

Careful because it’s wobbly if you sit on the side , say to do leg lifts for your abs . I had to make sure to be even with my weight. Other than that it’s great for laying straight down to do chest flys,,,The matting on it is thick and comfortable. I’m sure I could of found a better one for the price. It’s just hard to find these with the epidemic and everything else lately. I’m happy I found one . Take care everyone.

So far, so good and pleasantly surprised.Comes practically assembled. Make sure you use lock pins properly. Feels VERY sturdy and worth the extra few dollars as opposed to the skinnier one that stands up. I hope I don't regret making this review too soon, but with gyms being locked, I know so many of us are trying to get back to our workouts badly and trying to find the be$t option$out there. So I hope this helps. It doesn't get 5 stars for this simple reasons: I just got it.

I found this one at a reasonable price compared to others, lots of functionalities; this bench has been a great buy for me. It's very sturdy and I had no issues with it wobbling or not being able to hold my weight/height. Being top heavy I like the foot bar pad for sitting up or reclining instead of rolling over to my side to sit up or lay down and it doesn’t take up much space. It is a bit different from the image displayed, not a curved back rest or as thickly padded but more than adequate for everyday use. The elastic cords are truly for beginners but better ones are available. The vendor was very good with responses and shipping.

This weight bench was exactly what I was looking for. I needed a space saver that I could use in my small apartment. The set up takes only a few minutes. Its sturdy for its size. It folds up easy when not in use. I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a portable bench for home workouts. Add some resistance bands and a few dumb bells and its perfect for working out at home. My gym is closed due to Covid restrictions, so I needed to have a home setup to not gain too many Lbs. Product came with the back pad having a rip on the side of it. I sent an email to the Seller they promptly responded to my email. They offered to replace the back pad and refund some money, I received the back pad in a couple of days and the refund. I'am very pleased with how the seller responded to my issue. The work out bench is well made and a good buy for the money.

This unit is easy to install as mentioned in the ad. Everything about it is good especially for the reasonable price.However, its not working out to well for me as it is a little higher then the ones I have used in the past. I don't think it would bother anyone that is taller then me which is 5'1" tall. It seems well made especially for the cost.

This is absolutely what I needed for my small apartment. It's foldable so I can take it in an out of the storage corner for use. The bench feels sturdy even though it is collapsible. I also loved that the bench part is adjustable to a seated position, laying position, declined position and everything in between. It was very easy to assemble and is easy to clean as well.

The bench is made from faux leather and has been stitched together fairly well.The materials are the quality that you'd expect for the price. Assembly is simple but the folding aspect to it is what is tricky. However, since it's something that you only see in the pictures and is not something that the seller is promising, I can't blame them for it. You just remove some safety pins and fold it how you see fit.Sturdiness is a hard selling point for me as the it wobbles whilst being use A LOT. It is mostly due to the holes being a tad bigger for the bolts. The maximum weight I've lifted has been about 50kg and that's adding my weight (80kg). The bench takes it well and has not made any dodgy sounds.Not sure what the resistance bands are there for, as the manual doesn't really mention any exercises and there is no way to adjust the resistance using the bench.Sidenote: if you're lifting weights with only one side, make sure you balance your weight on the bench appropriately to avoid some massive wobbling.

The media could not be loaded.  I'm a runner and also do some weigh exercises as cross training. Normally I go to gym but due to the pandemic I haven't been there for long time. This bench allows me to do much more kinds of weight training at home.Assemble is very straightforward, being not handy at all, it took me less than 20 mins to finish the setup. I'm 6ft, 190lb, sitting or lying on this bench still makes me feel stable.The bench can be lifed from almost vertical to flat and even lower towards the floor. I can do dumbbells shoulder press, chest press, fly easily using this bench. I also do decline crunch which really helps to improve my core a lot!

the bench is too tall for my legs, and it is too wobbly (not stable at all. maybe it's more stable for heavy people. There is no adjustable height for short people. Though the customer service was satisfying, and they managed to give me a full refund of the item

It's easy to assemble, no need to read the user manual for me. I compared with others before I made the decision. I choose it is because this bench comes with two exercise cords. I used it with my bar bells for couple weeks now. I put it on hardwood floor, and it's stable. Also, it's easy to fold for those who doesn't have many space at home.
