I'm in a lot of pain and mornings are the worst. You just don't know the SIGH of RELIEF when I put this on. Insurance keeps throwing up hurdles and denying my surgery. My disc in the L5/S1 area is about gone. Nerve pain, degenerative disc disease, arthritis, etc., etc. I'm 48 and feel like I'm 90.
