Sure there may be slight after flavor so i just brush teeth after. But it promotes a great overall energetic feeling that’s last. Dissolves easily (quicker in room temp water). Love this product. Been using on/off for years.

I am 69 yrs old. I've had chronically sprained s.i. joints and a weak, sore illio-psoas muscle on the left side for years. It has always affected my ability to sleep and of course to be very active, though I try to be, since I have a large organic garden. I have now been taking one a day for two weeks, and this is my preliminary observation:btw, I take it in kombucha juice, so it tastes better, and that hasn't affected its ability to work. I get a kick out of watching the little tablet bouncing up and down in the glass; it's compelled to try to stay at the bottom, but I guess the effervescence forces it up, until it's too thin to stay down; what makes it stay down?Anyway, the first thing I noticed is that I had a harder time getting to sleep, as if I'd eaten chocolate or had coffee, but without any jitters or anything; just taking longer to fall asleep, but also, tending to wake up later and taking a while to go back to sleep. I thought to myself: "hang in there, that might improve". It does seem to be improving.the other thing I noticed fairly quickly is that my hands, which had become so dry they were scaling and flaking, despite my consumption of oils, etc and the use of castor oil on them, suddenly were no longer dry--not necessarily supple, but now feeling softer and no signs of dryness. That may increase as well. I haven't had problems with extra bowel movements, but I am also tolerant of magnesium, which is the culprit -for those complaining about having to stay near the toilet. If you are already taking a lot of magnesium, this could put you over the top.This morning was the first morning that I experienced, upon waking and getting up, that I didn't have the usual soreness, creakiness, and general "malaise" from all the hard work I'd done the day before. Even my back seemed pretty good, and illio-psoas hasn't been complaining as much lately.So, while I wish this product wasn't so expensive, I want to continue taking it-maybe comparing it to another manufacturer's version, and then comparing it to a hydrogen water generator; if any of those are comparable, it could be that they all would need to become more competitive in their pricing, and we would all benefit from that!to be continued....Update: I have finished the bottle, and talked to a guy that sells the h2-generator. he explained to me that people can just consume two bottles of h2-water per day, and then supplement with one h2 pill per week, in order to obtain adequate levels of hydrogen in the body. That made sense to me. He also said that you should not take the pills for more than one month, as they are a "shock dose" to the body, whereas the water gives you only .8ppm hydrogen, which is why you have to drink four 14-oz bottles to get that amount. So, I will continue to use these pills, just once a week. As mentioned earlier, I think they work well, and I still recommend them, as used appropriately.

It tasted like metal

I appreciate the benefits of this products, but it's hard to drink because it makes the water taste funny. I'm trying to "chug" it down because of the taste and I usually have to dilute it 1/2 way through because of the taste. I'm drinking it in a 16 oz cup of water. I will try another product next time to see if they all taste funny. It does dissolve, but the after-taste is hard to swallow (no pun intended.....)

Horrible GI upset from these. Don't take them without a toilet near by!
