I cannot recommend this product enough.
I cannot believe how wonderful this pain relief gel is. Because of lockdown and bad weather I wasn't getting out for my dailyexercise, my knees became tight and painful due to arthritis ( obviosly you need to keep walking in order to stay mobile) . I statedusing this gel twice per day and it was like a miracle, I could walk again and sleep without pain . I cannot praise it enough, it's brilliant.I am so sure of it's success that this morning I recommended it to my sister- in - law. She has a long term shoulder injury.

Great product.
The gel works really well in providing relief from stiffness and muscle pain. A small goes a long way and this can be used as often as is necessary.Excellent for arthritis and carpel tunnel pain and pulled muscles. Definitely recommend this product.

Nice cool feeling.
This tube has a runny semi-clear gel inside which has a distinct menthol smell to it.I tried it first on my knees, which are swollen and often painful, long after being replaced. Initially I had a slightly warm sensation on the first application. This slowly turned to a cool feeling, like you've got a hole in the knee of your trousers. The second application helped make it feel a bit cooler again.I've a pain in my wrist from doing something non-strenuous like scratching, picking something up or whatever it is that makes over 50's get a pain for no other apparent reason. I tried it on here too, and it had a similar cooling affect. The only issue I had is that it's so runny I couldn't put the lid back on the tube (needing both hands) and it ran down my arm. Putting the tub on its side can lead to some splurtage.You don't need much as it doesn't seem to be absorbed into the skin that readily. A little goes a long way.After around 15-20 minutes from the second application the coolness was apparent, although not distracting. It helped my wrist a bit I must say, but less so on my knees (although that was a big ask).For more minor muscle pains this should be excellent. Long-term larger areas or inflamed joints maybe less so.
