Very good quality filter, very good price
I've become intrigued with infra-red photography and wanted to have a go myself. I did some research, watching a couple of YouTube videos regarding the pros and cons of using filters or a converted camera.I'm really pleased with the Green.L filter, it's very good quality and works well with my Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mk II and 75mm M.Zuiko lens.So long as you're able to use a long exposure of up to 60 seconds with an aperture of f8 or up to 30 seconds with f5.6 (in sheltered woods in February sunshine) and focus manually, you won't have a problem. So you need a tripod, a still day and some patience.Place the camera on a tripod, compose, focus manually, note the meter reading and then manually adjust to allow about 10 extra stops of light, add the filter and then using delayed release click the shutter. The filter was provided by JINSE-UK and fulfilled by Amazon UK. The price was very good indeed (£12.99), as is the filter (optical glass).

Learn the process of IR shooting before you buy...
Ok, so what can I say... it’s reasonably sharp for the money, decent quality build wise though the rim could be a bit chunkier to improve the feel...and it seems to deliver the correct frequencies with very little visible light getting through outside the 720nm limit. I tried it out on my 90D which has a 32mp sensor. If you have used ND filters in the 10 stop range you will be familiar with the fact that you will be shooting at around 30-40 seconds minimum in good light at 100 ISO , up that to 200 -400 and you are good for 15 sec and still reasonably low noise...The main thing I would say is to look up some YT videos on IR photography using filters.... you need to learn how to set white balance before shooting and how to process what will be a very red image straight out of the camera... that’s not a fault, it’s what happens with IR filters.

Perfect
I use an Olympus EM5 converted to full spectrum for all my IR photography, which is the bulk of what I do. All of my previous 720nm filters have been Hoya. Needing to test a different lens for hot spots, I didn't want to invest in an expensive filter just for a test, so I took a punt on this item. It really does perform every bit as well as a Hoya, which at full price is nearly 7x the price. Unlike a lot of cheaper filters, the threads are well cut and engage perfectly with the lens. I will totally recommend this filter to all who wish to tread the IR path.

Works really well but build quality is not the best.
Great product. But not the same quality as some of my other filters. Needed something cheap and quick.Works really well on my digital camera. Does not need to be changed in any way shape or fashion.Screw it on and take your time.

Best price ever for this quality
Unbeatable at this price and arrived within a day.

Good for Experimental Photography
Great value, perfect if your looking to experiment with infra-red photography before investing in something of higher quality, as the overall sharpness of photos is reduced.

Would not buy again
The packaging and construction were fine, but the optical quality of the filter is poor. A large area in the centre of the image where the colours appear to be bleached, useless unless you plan to only use it for black and white IR photography.
