The Customer service, which I NEEDED, was Nonexistent!! I couldn't get a human for 3 days, trying different times Every day! Even when I reached a human they spoke with such lack of emotion and empathy I Truly thought I still had their automated response system. I FINALLY broke down and reached out to Amazon directly for help, it took Amazon 2x before the company contacted me, rudely, like I woke him from a nap, cranky. After arguing with me about my address, I received my refund. Big shout out to Amazon for helping me get a response from them at all, let alone a full refund.

Fragile, but not as bad as most
I had ordered two other brands and they both broke with very little use. This one is still unbroken after a few months!

Die Fontäne ist simpel, aber leicht und elegant genug, um ein wudnerbares Absinthritual an verschiedenen Plätzen durchführen zu können. Andere Fontänen sind entweder zu groß oder schwer, daher bereue ich den Kauf nicht.
