Bells of Ireland Polish Bells of Ireland is a brilliant green full coverage glitter polish with accents of small blue and silver glitter. Bells of Ireland is full coverage in two to three coats. It is part of the Hanging on to Summer collection released October 2014. We also recommend use of a good quality base and top coat, when applying Bells of Ireland. Black Dahlia Lacquer's polishes are hand mixed in small batches so slight variations are possible, but we do our best to ensure consistency. We use only vegan, cruelty-free products. Our polish is also 5-free, meaning it does not contain DBP, Toluene, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin or Camphor.
