A nice, all purpose sea salt
A very nice salt. I have not purchased this off of Amazon, but have purchased the exact same brand many times from a local store. The granules are larger, so you may have trouble with a traditional salt shaker. And they are probably too small for a salt grinder, but may still work. I have not tried that. We normally have it in a bowl with a small spoon for use during cooking. We also have a recycled shaker (plastic) from Greece we will put it in for on the table. Any recycled herb shaker will work. The taste is no different than any normal salt in America. As far as I understand, this salt is from Croatia and taken from the Adriatic sea.
