Pure Homemade Flaxseed Gel (Lavender Fragrance & Organic Jojoba Oil) As Seen on Shark Tank

All, I wish, wish I could say I'm happy, should have did an unboxing video, like many others my product arrived damaged. The product was smeared all over the bottle and ththe pump didn't even work! No deal, no protection for delivery, so not a fan of a high price point and cheap packaging. I would return but why bother. I'll just share my review and hope the manufacturers take heed to build a loyal client base!

This product is the real deal! My definition was unreal !My curls are soft, shiny and bouncy. The smell is so yummy it puts you in a trance, I chose the hair growth gel.I had absolutely no frizz while using this product. On day 2 and 3 I refreshed and still experienced fullbodied defined curls with no flakes or product build up.

I ordered this looking for a product that would help my hair look decent as I grow out this cut. I really like this product. Normally, my curls will be great, until my hair dries. This was different. I washed, deep conditioned(which consists of the masque sitting on my hair while I shower.....) and then LIBERALLY applied the product(pic with gray robe). The curls were great, while my hair was wet. Once it started drying, the curls were still great(minus a couple of stragglers which are ALWAYS straight)(pic with aqua wall). I slept in a bonnet, hoping that my hair wouldn't be matted and stuck to my head when I woke up. The curls held and look great(pic in stripes)!!!! There was some shrinkage, but that's to be expected. The next time, I will apply some castor oil prior to applying the gel, as my hair is a sponge and soaks up all moisture. I usually have to wet my shorter hair in the shower in the morning and apply some type of curl cream and gel, which will cause build up and tend to flake throughout the day. This is a 1 stop shop. I didn't even have to wet my hair to get the shorter areas to curl. They held from yesterday. I would definitely recommend this product for those with unruly dry curls. Hopefully when my hair gets used to the product, the results will be even better!!!!

I have 4c hair that is notoriously dry and difficult to manage. I was skeptical at first because most hair products don’t do much for my hair. This stuff is GOLD. I’ve used it on a wash and go and I’ve used it for twist outs. I am in love. All you need is the flaxseed gel and some kinda of hair oil (I use Jamaican Castor Oil with the castor oil flaxseed gel. My hair is Super moisturized and happy. No frizz. No flakes. Def a return customer

I LOVE this product. I previously made flaxseed gel at home and it did give me the results I wanted but it was very hard to preserve (my hair smelled like fish by the end of the day) and it was ALOT of work to make myself. So of course I was super excited to try this product as it did all the work for me and there were different fragrances to choose from. I've tried several products but none of them worked on my fine, dry, frizzy hair (Cantu, As I Am, Uncle Funky, etc.). Most products left my hair drier than before, crunchy, and lifeless. CurlMix's gel defines my curls without weighing my hair down, takes the frizz out, gives me moisture and shine, I don't have any flakiness or extra oils dripping on my face causing me to break out, it smells AMAZING, my hair is soft, and one wash and go lasts for about 3-4 days before I have to rinse my hair and reapply the product. I'm also very lazy when it comes to taking care of my hair (no bonnets, pineapples, retwisting or the likes at night-just straight to sleep) so that fact that I only have to actually do something to my hair twice in 7 days is a bonus. This product is a MUST for me.

I must say I was nervous to try this product. I had previously tried to make flaxseed gel using a DIY recipe I found online and loved it, but it was a pain to make. I decided to try this product after I saw an ad on Facebook, and I have to say I'm obsessed! For one the product smells amazing, but I probably love the consistency and effectiveness most. It's really smooth, making it easy to apply and no clumps, which I got a bit of when I used to make my own. I love that gel also has hempseed oil in it too, which you don't normally see in natural hair products. I feel like I didn't need to supplement the gel with a bunch of other butters/oils like I do with most other products I use either. All in all, I would give the CurlMix Flaxseed gel five stars because it does what it says what it's gonna do.

I want sure if this product would really work. So often, products claims are short lived or dont come to meeting my expectations but this truly does! I have tight ringlet curls. I'm working with day 5 hair and still no frizz! My curls are still super smooth with no touch ups other than my edges which is expected with a pineapple style at night. This is now my holy grail styling gel. I'm looking forward to trying more products from this line.

Love love love this stuff! I got this one since the jojoba formula sold out so quickly. However, I believe things happen for a reason. This gel is amazing! A one stop shop for my wash n go. I usually use Design Essentials curl pudding with Castor Oil eco styler gel for my wash n gos. This was an awesome product that smelled great and was easy to apply. I only used this after washing my hair and the results were awesome. My hair looked both moisturized and curly! Perfect for my new tapered cut.
