This fire pit worked out perfectly for an outside party in March. Did it’s purpose. Very happy I bought it

Only complaint is some loose tolerances resulted in a door that's tough / tricky to close, but for the price it really offers a lot. No regrets at all with this one.

The decorative tile on the top was all broken loose when it arrived. I set them back in for now, but I am now looking for someone to reattach them.Other than that it works great.

The first thing I noticed was the tile on the top of the table had multiple lifted lose and broken pieces and the the grout was broken in many places. I continued to assemble it even though the directions did not match the pieces in the directions. When I finally got it assembled and tried to light it, but it would not stay lite. It would light following the directions holding the dial in but gas shuts off when I release the dial to turn to high. I had tried many times to try to get it to stay lite but as soon as I let go of the dial it shuts off. I contacted Tech support who could not figure out the problem either and so could not help...I then contacted Amazon who wanted to send it back. I had already build it and threw the package away so they did refund half the money. My husband will take apart and try to get it to work, and hopefully and fix the broken pieces with some extra grout. All and all I was disappointed in this product.

Love the look. But still having issues with it starting without us using a zippo.

The firepit is great, it worked like we expected, we've not had it for a year and live in central Florida for those slightly chilly nights we crank it up.The three flaws that I have noticed is although we have kept it covered when not using it, that the metal has started to rust around the actual pit. The knob for turning it on and off actually cracked and rotted, and the cover for it has already dry rotted and tore.As far as looks and usage though for the $ you can't go wrong.

Was loving my new firepit and then the other night it started smoking I looked under neath and it was on fire from pit to propane hose. We could have blown up. Luckily we were able to put fire out and shut off propane and remove it. Im scared to use it now. Needs new hose cuz its completely melted.

Some of the holes aren’t perfectly aligned and the aluminum base is a little cheap but the stone too makes it worth the price. It’s very sturdy and comes with a cover.
