I was asked to review this earlier, but had not used the tape until today. I was extremely surprised because the product is great and you can't beat the price! I didn't notice right away, but the backing on the tape is in two sections, so it's much easier to peel off. You just need to bend it a bit on the back and tear off each side instead of trying to pry it off at one of the corners. The printing is sharp and bold and the label sticks on easy and remains strong. I didn't give a 5 star on removal because all I did was stick it on a piece of lined paper. It pulled off pretty well, but I have no idea how that will work after time. I don't know if it matters, but I am using a Brother PT-90.Each tape is sealed in a wrapper (see tape on lower left) and then combined in a larger plastic bag. I must like the product because I have never taken the time to include pictures with a review. I would highly recommend this label tape and definitely purchase it again...if I ever run out! :)

Most important to me is that they securely adhere to file folders!! Bright colored labels, you can use for sorting subjects

It makes for a professional looking category label.

At first sight of these label maker tapes they looked exactly the same as the Brother M tape that I normally use! But after applying the labels, for instance I use them on pens and our thermos cups, and shortly after applying them the labels are fading badly. I was suprised to be honest because I also always add an extra layer of tape on top thr the label to make it last longer and to help it stay longer. So if its something where the label will be touched that your labeling I would stick with the brand name, but if not then these are for you!

I was surprised that these label cartridges came in a plain, clear plastic bag with no indication of brand. Felt shady. The cartridges in the bag were individually wrapped. I put one in my Brother P-touch, and it worked great. I actually prefer the split back on these, very easy to take the backing off, as opposed to the Brother brand that makes you use the curling feature on the back of the label-maker. I'm assuming the other cartridges in this set will be as good as the one I've tried. I will definitely purchase these again.
