Not happy with this cheap plastic crap.

There's a warning on the package not to overtighten. I didn't, but I had to flex it a little. Sayonara. Before I threw it in the waste basket, my wife gave me one of those wistful looks that said, "I hope it's not staying. I don't think it looks that great." Two of us felt that way, even if it hadn't cracked.

That is was made cheaply. It breaks when installing. Snaps apart.

2 of the plates arrived broken and the pieces were not in the packaging which mean they were shipped knowingly broken. In addition, the screws are far to short and I had to go by matching bronze screws. Very disappointed.

How do you get away with describing this as cast metal? It’s made entirely of plastic. Blatant false advertising.

This isn't Cast Metal, it is a plastic resin. Was unable to get switch plate to lay flush with wall and the plastic resin cracked when I tried, It is fine for what it is, but I wanted real bronze

Switchplate came and was just as expected! Finish looked awesome and I had no issues. Very happy with the look and it matched our faucet and hardware in the bathroom perfectly. My only suggestion would be to bag the screws as they were floating in the package, but other than that it looks great!
