Poor quality
I recently ordered this luggage for a upcoming trip. This would have been the first time that I used my 4 piece luggage set. This luggage fell apart after one time usage. The zipper broke, the handle came apart and the rubber stand fell off the bottom. I was very disappointed in the poor quality of this product.

This luggage is NOT the pretty pink color in the picture. Instead it’s a grayish pink. Besides that, it is flimsy and after ONE trip, the lock is broken. 🤦🏾♀️ I was already disappointed by the color, but even more upset by the fact that the lock is broken.

I love this luggage set and I can’t wait to use them! The rose gold isn’t so rose gold but it’s very cute. I would definitely recommend this luggage to anyone who needs luggage for trips of any size.

The Lock Code Changes Without You Changing It
As the title says, the lock changes without you changing it… I was overseas and left the code, 0000, but when arriving I found the code not working. I was confused and entered many times to no avail. Freaking out, I took a knife and latched it open. I contacted the provider about this and was given a how to email but that hasn’t worked. I’ve purchased a lock for it.
