Vct timing solenoid valves for 5.4 v8
Seems to be functioning properlySo far, iam very happy with my 5.4 v8 vct timing solenoid valves my only complaint was the bolts were loose in the box when they arrived instead of attached like oem part so be careful when doing installation

Best advice is to remove the valve cover. The seal that comes with the solenoid is incorrect depending on which valve cover you have. I'd buy it again but grab the correct solenoid seal from your local auto parts store.

Not a complete item
Product is supposed to have screws attached not removable so that they won't fall in the engine not only were the screws not attached there were no screws. Returning the item

Product was an exact fit. Took maube 20 minites to remove old selonoids and install both of the new ones. I am not a mechanic or even really mechanically inclined but this is super easy. Mine were right there once you propped ope the hood. Did not even neccesarily have to remove any existing parts. After they were installed check engine was off and it stayed off. Drivability returned to normal! I was so relieved because the car was behaving extremely irratic which was very disconcerning. I figured it was going to be much more serious problem and repair. Autozone did the diagnostic test when the light came on and suggested the repair, and with that being said after install of new selonoids I had them retest and they veried the problem was corrected.Amazon makes buying auto Parts extremely easy with their compatibility software. It's idiot proof! And one selonoid at Autozone was $50. I paid less than $30 for both. I checked several other websites and all the local stores and Amazon was much much cheaper than all of the other retailers I checked. I was also pleasantly surprised that the product arrived the very next day. II will not buy any other auto parts withour checking Amazon first. BEST PRICES, GREATEST SELECTION, FAST AND FREE SHIPPING!

Order came in on time
The solenoids are correct for the year but supplier should do their research and know that the 07-08 models have a different application from the earlier models, they require a smaller grommet for install, which was not supplied. Sending the whole set back and buying local.
