It's a balance of menthol which is not too strong and a sweet honey taste with a touch of lemon.
It's a nice candy to have on hand when your throat is running dry. It's not going to leave you smelling like your eating "cough drops" but helps with dry throat/mouth.

good flavor and light on the menthol
I initially found this in Nevada. My hubby likes it as it’s not too strong and it has a good flavor and light on the menthol. I did an internet search to buy more and found it here on Amazon—my hubby is a lucky man!

Tastes great!
I use these candies as a cough drop or when my throat is dry. Good flavor. Everyone I've shared them with loves them.
