Just right!
Bought it the middle of a very large guest room suite. It is beautiful but distorts the picture that is the focal part of the room. Waiting to receive shades for the 8 lights. Easy to install. Sits above an oval table.

Clearcoat Flaking Off Less Than A Month After Installation!
This review is specifically for the "Progress Lighting P4357-10 Chandelier Light, 26-Inch Diameter x 18-Inch Height, Polished Brass" product. Purchased in October. Electrician installed it in December when we could get him in. Installation is December 13th. Today is December 23rd and we just noticed the clearcoat over the brass is flaking off! See the pictures above, two arms with major flaking and all the rest have the clearcoat starting to coming off too. Without the clearcoat the brass finish underneath will tarnish in weeks! I paid $250 for this????? And now after paying to have it installed, I have to replace it?????? I'd give Negative Stars if I could! You cannot begin to appreciate how unhappy I am with this situation!

Practical yet elegant
This chandelier style is timeless, well made, elegant, and quite simple to install. Above all, with 8 lights, it throws a lot of light into the room.

Just OK
This lighting fixture is somewhat on the low end of the quality spectrum. It's fairly lightweight and is shipped unassembled, so if you buy it, expect to kill 40 minutes of your life putting it together. To be fair, other manufacturers do the same. Of more concern is that the spec sheet in the manufacturer's website (Progress Lighting) describes this as being "solid brass construction" with a brushed nickel finish. Unless they developed a new kind of brass that's attracted to magnets, it's really steel - and thin-walled steel at that. Once installed, it looks OK, but not great. Unless you're on a tight budget, you may want to spend a bit more for a better-quality product.

Fairly easy to assemble and install if you have a basic knowledge of electrical installation procedures.

GREAT SERVICE FROM ISABELLES LIGHTING
FEDEX damaged the item, but when I contacted Isabelles Lighting they made it right at their own cost.I can't say enough positive things about Isabelles Lighting. Would definitely purchase from them again.THANK YOU!!!!!!!
