Easy to hook up. Works like a charm. One switch shuts off houses power. Turns on power from the generator.

Panel has all copper buss, Siemens utility and generator breaker have linkage between them preventing back feed to utility. This is a great way to prepare for power outage if you do not use a automatic ATS switch

This is one of the best generator panels that I have seen. It offers more than enough circuit breaker slots to service a typical home. The design is solid. The design of the transfer switch makes it easy to switch between a generator and street power.

The breaker action where one turns off and the other turns on does not work very well. You have to make sure that one is off and the other is one before you connect the generator

The panel work OK. I was a little disappointed in the switch over breakers. You still need to be careful because both breakers can be engaged at the same time! Luckily my breakers on the gen popped or i would have bucked power and lost the gen. Installation like any panel install it takes time to do right so this took me a week at 4 hours a day. I already had 2 sub-panel and some feeds at each sub needed to be brought over. I'm a little picky about grounding and neutrals as this can hurt your generators load. I was very careful to balance the load on each leg to about 5% delta. Really need to do something about the switch over but for the money worked well.

This panel is very well made,easy to install(with some elctrical knowledge). The switch is very well disigned,has two nuetral bars and a seperate ground bar. Very good investment.
