Works well and is easy to adjust the distance from the wall. I used the Kallax to build a tv unit and have my NAS, Gaming systems and receiver in the unit. It was important for me to have space on the back for cables and air flow. These were easy to screw in or attach with the sticky pads (very strong adhesive pads). Very easy cheap but sturdy solution. Installed only 2 of the 4. Unsure about adhesive as we shoved our bed against the wall an we have not moved it since, so they are sandwiched. Setting up was a bit of a chore. Some were finger tight and others I needed tools to loosen each of the sections. Also I recommend a tape measure if you're OCD like I was about being the same length.
