Coffee comes within a week from roasting date, very fresh. I use it for espresso shots on my La Pavoni manual lever machine with great results - amazing aroma and smooth taste. Grounds have hardly any oil on them, my grinder has no problem grinding them. Of course everyone has his own taste, but if you are espresso lover - try this coffee. Most likely you will love it as mach as I do.

I have to say that I almost enjoyed the personal touch of the included note, more than the coffee itself. That is not to say that the coffee wasn't amazing - it was. But the fact that the coffee roaster took the time to add a note to say thanks, spoke volumes to me. It's hard to find that in anything we do these days. The coffee was outstanding. I went through the whole bag in less than a week and I will be ordering more. Shipping was fast too. I'm totally satisfied with my purchase.
